I hope, you enjoyed this little memory part, just one month apart from its original.
For me, it was refreshing and very deep at the same time.
I am not this big of a writer..I just tried to put together some pieces of memory and let them speak for themself.
There are a lot of stories I have missed, which of course can be told in the comments.

I simply want to say:
„Thank You!“
to Alvaro, Marie, Holly, Oscar, Ines and all the other pilgrims, I have met on the way to Santiago.
This second camino was really about the community of pilgrims.
New friendships.
Happy times:))
Without your help, it would have been a lousy, bonebreaking, painfull mistake.
But with all of you..it was one of the best experience, vacation and joyfull time I had ever had!

I hope, we see each other soon again!

I am back home!
This day started so sad.
I had to say goodby to M and H.
I little sigh from me, when I walked out of the door.. and continue my.. camino home.
Santiago is a strange city..full of tourists. some pilgrims..and still a normal business life…
I didn’t meet any known to me pilgrims on the way to the train station..and none on the whole way to stuttgart. Slowly drifting back into normal life. but not yet, there are some stories to tell…

The train went on from Santiago to Hendaye.
70% next to the Camino.
And again sadness..Astorga, Leon, Sahagun, Burgos..
All those names and places I’ve been..

Night in museum 2 and Did You Hear About the Morgans?
Last one I had to look up on imdb, only remebered Hugh Grant featurering in it.
But most of the time, I just looked out of the window..embracing the country..

Wow, tihs was fast..ok, 1 hour in this little town..ah..a „Bistro“ wow, already in France!
I just love europe!
So is there anything to eat?
No, not those things here..ok, just a beer.
enter: Chinese Couple.
Ordering one of those strange looking „Hamburgers“ and tea.
..I’m nearly finished with my beer?
*spit*spit*spit*
No, I order another one, this looks funny!
The asian guy standing next to the trash bin..and spitting into it..
Again..and again..and again..and again..
He and his wive don’t like that hamburgeros?:))
The bistro owner tries to calm them down:
„Do you want anything other to eat?“
„HOW CAN I EVER EAT AGAIN??!!“
Awesome!!!
This is just the perfect scene for my last beer on the camino..
entertain me!

But sadly, we all had to leave, our train is going in some minutes.
And this couple has firt class tickets..
oohh..
In the train, I shared the cabin with I think a spanish guy..didn’t talk much, just gave this advice:
„Yeah, just put your mochila under the bed, abajo“
ok, this is scary..did I talk this way on the camino all the time?
this would explain a lot, why everybody and nobody did understand me
:))

Next morning in Paris..I bought my first TGV ticket..went to the Louvre by metro..into a bistro and had a nice breakfast there..tried to find some french women..no, in Paris, they look so ugly!
why?
Hurry, train is leaving.
Yes, this is my way of travel.
The TGV is such a awesome train! and so fast!
3.5h later, I was in Stuttgart..making this sad face.
I am home again……

SANTIAGO!
What a strange feeling.
Waking up, I thought everybody had left. But then I saw the family, A,H,M,O and I( try to find their names in my blog:)) ..they were waiting for me!
Hooray!
The night was so horrible, I woke up full of sweat..but fit enough to walk!
So we started the last day on the camino.
The way was crowded..lots of pilgrims.
In Amenal we stopped at a bar for breakfast.
Nearly finished, a group of students went by.
a large..huge group. The stream of students went on and on..
Damn..will they all be waiting for a compostela?
Back on the way we overtook them again and again..they walked slower, but didn’t make that much stops.
After Monte do Gozo I switched to automatic..couldn’t really think..I remembered the first time, I entered the city..
At across, some houndred meters from the cathedral, we stopped again, waiting for I.
But still, this wasn’t our last stop.
We had to wait again, just some meters away..
And here one of those old ladys asked us, if we need a room
(sounds funny, doesn’t it?;)
M H and I went with her, 45€ for all three of us, that’s ok.

Finaly..

Praza do Obradoiro!
We did it.
Finished our Camino.
Their first and my second one!
I can’t describe the feeling you have at that point.

Everyone got his compostela, with „Annus Sanctus“ on it.
Hooray!
And a nice rich dinner!
After that, we divided, just for a short time.
The girls had to do some shopping..and me..some shopping too:))
But first, train tickets back to Stuttgart.
The main station is so far away..I had to walk, with backpack, up and down again.
ticket into pyriny(those mountains next to france) 40€
ticket on night train to paris 105€
ticket to stuttgart?? don’t know yet, had to be bought in paris.
In the station I met some pilgrims from bavaria, what a coincidence.
they want to stay until sunday jacobs day.
And back into the city..doing souvenir shopping.

Back to the place, where I slep this night..shower and here are the girls..move faster, we have to be 21:30 on that praza place!
And here we are.
M had bought a beautifull dress!
The place was filled with nice music..the cathedral..
„I put on all this make up..and now I can’t cry!!!!!“
poor little M, so I cried a bit for her.
Going on into a bar..with all this other music..all those songs, M H and I forgot to sing on the camino!
We have to walk again!
the music was so loud, I couldn’t really understand what they are now suggesting..
Goat Dance?
Yes, this sounds awesome..throw in goats and let them dance!
No, I was disappointed.just a normal boring dance!
tomorrow 8h ..my train leaves..so I had to say goodby to some of them..

Heatwave!
What a nightmare..
24km to go..and I break down.
This morning I had little breakfast and a light beer and Ibuprofen.
But this was to much.
I had to sit down, next to the Camino and have a break/sleep.
Thanks to M and H, to wait for me!
You were quite entertaining!
With all your songs;)
The last 5 km were really hard for me.
Nearly not enough energy to walk.
how could this happen?
I think it was a toxic shock from all those drugs, I took the last days.

This would be so sad, to stop just in front of Santiago.
I made it to the alberge to lay down there..when the heat started.
I think I got about 40°C fever..but didn’t sweat..so hot!
Dear H, put ice on my head, to cool me down.
I slept a bit, when I heard loud spanish shouting.
Again, I couldn’t understand much..just something about
„sabados“
Saturday?
What’s with saturday?
Oh..“zapatos“ shoes!
(Up until today I couldn’t understand hombre and hombro..this doesn’t make any sense, this language)
so, this girl has lost her shoes..one pilgrim obviously has took them and went into town.
This was quite the scene. A lot of shouting and screaming.
A and O helped her. O translated it into english and german:
a picter, drawn, with the shoes:
„Those are my shoes! without them, I cannot walk to Santiago! no shoes, no camino!“
I didn’t remember when she got her shoes back, but I think it was just a mistake.
This was the last day on the Camino.
I was in bed.
Downstairs was a big party. But I was to exhausted, even to stand up.
How can I finish the last 20km?
Will I be able to walk the last part of the Camino?
