Wife made raspberry vinegar.
Apple vinegar and add raspberries. Lots of them.
Now, after 3 weeks of heat the question is:
Is there alcohol inside?
The sugar inside the raspberries could be fermented into it.
But would it apply, if there is vinegar inside?
The taste is sweet, vinegarish and maybe a hint of alcohol.
But I am no expert.. Not sure, how to test this, though..
Anyway, the next salad for the Kindergarten will be a fun one, I guess;)
